Matt was great. Easy to work with. Always returned phone calls and sold my house in about 1 day. It was a great experience. We used Matthew Murillo for my fathers trust and he did such a great job that we called to use him for the sale of his house. We had two different agents. Matt came prepared with listing from the area and gave us all the information on the first walk through. He did such a great job showing us our options, that we decided to use him. We had a very envolved sale. He went out of his way to get papers signed. When there was any issues, he took extra time to make sure things were taken care of properly. He was always honest and presented all the options. He made the process smooth and worry free. I would suggest him to any one. I plan to use his services again! Thank you!
